Brewed this and now drinking, so close to original that difficult to tell the difference, only thing mine is a bit darker but not too bothered about colour. A very nice brew .

I brewed this beer using real orange peel, it’s made an excellent beer much appreciated by my family at yesterday’s Rugger. It will be one of my regular brews , next time I will use the bitter orange peel from Maltmiller

Yes, agreed, but why do you get crud in bottles ? My idea of the DW is solely to sanitise ,if there’s any crud it must be removed by other means , rinse out bottles immediately after pouring for a start , result no crud !

What’s the difference , sterilise or sanitise?
