Not been there for a few years. I used to overnight there travelling for work. At the time the hole in the wall was OK, as was the Devon Arms. Two spoons, The Green Ginger was a bit grim. The London Road was ok for spoons. But as I say this is all a bit dated.

I have blue water main pipe buried underground. The brewshed end terminates in a tap with a hose connector. Mangrove Jack's M84
I usually brew bitters, pale ales and stouts. Brewing a bit of a user upper pilsner today 100% pilsner malt. Using a sachet of the above yeast. Will ferment at 12-13 degrees. Does anybody with experience of this yeast know how long it will take to ferment out?

I've used old frozen hops for bittering at an increased level with no problems.

Mine is very similar. The gap under the hood is essential to provide airflow. It just won't work without it.
