What size freezer for 4 kegs

Keezer build enroute. I don't have the room for a large chest freezer, so I'm hoping that an 800 wide will be able to fit 4 AEBs. Any recommendations or brands to avoid?

Recipe for Palmer Dorset Pale call for Light Crystal. It's an NZ recipe, so quotes all Gladfields malts, but I've seen this needed elsewhere as well; • 112g GLADFIELD LIGHT CRYSTAL MALT 27.4 SRM Extra Light Crystal from the various sheds is typically quoted at 50 SRM / 100EBC.... so what's my altern...

PeeBee - I guess I was just transferring my years of sport diving into my brewing world - checking gauges for contents was just part and parcel of not dying, so becomes a bit OCD. Point taken though!

Got some lactic acid some time ago with a view to doing a kettle sour. Left in the fridge in a sealed plastic bottle, but as we all know they aren't "sealed".... and now I have about 1/4 of the volume. Can I just dilute back or is it bin time? +1 for CML - used it twice and each came out really well. Fermented at 16degC for 10 days, an 18deg DAR for 2 days then down to 4 deg for 2 weeks. Angel Homebrew and Homebrewbuilder have just confirmed hat all their kettle elements are nickel plated on the boss and come from Peco. Cheers all,

FWIW, both Get Er Brewed and The Home Brew shop confirmed that their elements are from Peco, so HLT only. The ebay/Maltmiller ones are a bit rich for my pocket but look good. Just waiting on confirmation from Mr Lard at Brewbuilder about where he gets his from - hopefully not Peco!!

I suspect the "nickel plating" of the boss is relatively recent, so older units will be fine. Not sure how they continue to sell the plastic kettles without issues though..... Waiting for answers from 2 Irish sheds as to what theirs are made of. Still looking for 2 x 2.4kw if anyone's got any ideas?...

Brew day tomorrow - Seymour's Rakau Pale (or a version thereof!). Planning to use Danstar Windsor from dry, rehydrated, but then noticed the BBE date of 2017.... Panic or go ahead anyway. Alternatives are CML US West Coast or Nottingham (not even considering my Belgians....!)
