Re: 120L blue bin for a MT?

the preferred acronym in these politically correct times [-X (and it helps a bit as well) for KISS is "keep it stupidly simple"
actually a bit more accurate and less offensive to the more sensitive types.
I'm not, but when in a supervisory position it helps until you get to know peoples limits. :D

Re: Bad Dog Two - 120L Brewery

all this progress on these is quite embarrassing.
I haven't even made a start on mine!
Finding next to no time for projects these days.
may even have to consider giving up on it and allowing another jbk member to become a juggernauter.

Re: SECONDARY FERMENTATION IN SANKE KEGS

it does work fine.
you might get a bit of haze in the first couple of pints, but you definitely need co2 to get through a keg.

Re: Brewlab yeast

that was 10 years ago i was there. the big centre fermenter used this, the rest of the newer ones at the side had a more automated system, but if you have to do it at home it's less kit to buy.

Re: Isomerised Hop Extract.

it will have little or no alcohol content though as the yeast should be kept in aerobic mode all the way through for growth
producing co2 and water not co2 and alcohol.
