I had recurring infections about 18 months ago. I was using starsan exclusively at the time. I deep cleaned all my kit with bleach, and steam where possible - FV upside down over a pot on a stove. Why not get a fridge thermometer?
Set the fridge at 1, take note of the temp that it settles at.
Set the fridge at 2...
A thermostat is a thermostat.
Is the name derived from Latin?
Thermo - temperature?
Stat - constant, regulate?

I feel your pain.
I had a series of off beers a while back.
I went back to basics - a medium strength bleach soak first for Everything, a good rinse then follow with your normal routine.
It solved my problems.

There won't be much in secondary.
Primary FV is definitely going to have trub.
If loose dry hopping, or dry hop with pellets, there is going to be hop material.

Recirculate your HLT with a Solar pump.

After you have this setup, you may even move to BIAB with recirc!

A fan would be useful in a large situation for multiple fermenters with similar target temperatures.
The STC can read only one of these though!
