Started Brewing: 1973 (no, really!)

What do I Brew?:
Beer: I'm a big fan of traditional English bitter and most of my brews are somewhere near that style.
Wine: In the past I brewed both kits and country wines (my rice and raisin was legendary - it could fell a rhinoceros); I'm hoping to get back into that soon

Current Brewing System: Full Mash, 5 gallons

Equipment List:

Home made false bottom Mash Tun
Bought Spinney sparger
33 l Stainless Steel electric boiler
30 l Plastic Fermenter
Plethora of plastic buckets
2 x Cornelius Kegs
Several Plastic HB kegs
1 x Cask (pin)
Pub gas system with 2 secondary regs
Beer Engine
Cornie Lever tap

Shininess factor: 20%

Next Planned Brewery Upgrade: Set up cask breather system for beer engine.

Started Brewing: 1981.

What do I brew: Beer & Lager using the all grain method. Red, Rose & White wine using kits.

Equipment list:

Beer:
Hop & Grape all grain brewing system.
Four King Keg pressure barrels.
240 beer bottles stored in crates.
Widget gas system for the King Kegs.

Wine:
2, 5 gallon fermenters.
8, 1 gallon demijohns.
Harris filter kit.
Wine racks to hold 128 bottles.

Shininess factor: 0%, & I'm more than happy with that.

Next planned upgrade: Nothing at the moment.

What do I brew: Ales & Lager using All grain/Extract/Kits. Cider , Used to make wine using kits.

Equipment list:

Beer:
150L Pico system consisting of 100l Nordic pot (HLT, 50 and 80L Thermoboxes Mash Tun, and a 150L Gas boiler. . . .Also run it in HERMS Configuration
20L Electric Femto system consisting of 4 Thermoboxes

Started brewing: 1974 only kits uniformly rubbish so stopped until 2011 and went straight to AG.

Brew styles:
90% of what I brew could be described as English and appears to be narrowing.

Equipment list: is pitiful compared to most but alarming to SWMBO.

3V system capable of making 40+ litres but typically 25l. Mostly kegged in to 6 X 23l Chinese Cornies (incredibly good kegs). Dispensed from a Keezer that has a permanently mounted genuine Pegas tap for bottling or dispensing. Yeast handling about to include a laminar flow hood.

Dedicated brew space includes cellar for kit and separate cellar for dispense.

Upgrades: All stainless by the end of this year [-o<

Conditioning: St. Petersburg (RIS) White On Blonde
Drinking: Mild In The Country, Summer Son, Duke Of Jarl
Up Next: Peaches (Peach IPA)

Started Brewing: 01/01/2011 (SWMBO bought me a starter kit for Xmas, little did she know what she had started! )

Brewing Types: Mainly adapted Kits, 3V All Grain, a few Extracts and a few small scale BIAB's

Brew Styles: 50/50 English/American Ales, with the odd Lager & Belgian brew thrown in.

Brewing Equipment: Homemade (non-shiney) 3V AG Setup with a capacity up to approximately 30L, but usually brew to 23L, Temperature Controlled Brewfridge & Various size FV's & Bottling buckets, as well as 3 x plastic PB's.

Planned Brewery Upgrades: Copper sparge rail, solar pump & 60L HLT build.

2014 Plan: To have a basic understanding of water treatment & brew less kits and more AG.

What do I Brew?: Beer from kits and all grain.Wine,mainly from the reduced fruit and veg isle in the supermarket

Next Planned Brewery Upgrade: Recirc/sparge system,for some reason ive been closely looking at urinal spray bars
Wish list: enough room for a tempreture controlled fermenting chamber
