Got my mill working, how is the crush?

I built a grain mill from on old pasta machine, it took a lot of tweaking but I finally got it crushing more than one grain per second and can get about 1kg done in 5 mins. The question is, is the crush ok?

Looks a bit coarse to me. You should ideally be looking for a mixture of fine and coarse. There's a fairly recent thread viewtopic.php?f=2&t=65615#p690112 which might be useful.

Thanks, it can go through 1-7 finest to coarsest. This was done on 7 so plenty of room to make it finer
