Wheat spraymalt

I am brewing tomorrow and my LHBS was all out of wheat malt but offered me some wheat spraymalt instead. Question is how much to use - I normally use about 5 g per liter of wheat malt? And when do I use it - into the boiler at the end of the boil? Any help appreciated.

Don't forget that wheat spraymalt usually contains a mixture of wheat and barley.
