Umalted wheat cereal mash for wit

Hey guys,

I am thinking to do belgian wit with 50% pils, 40% unmalted wheat, and 10 % flaked oats (do i need oat husks?). Please can anyone give me advice on how to do cereal mash for this grist. I do recirculating biab so temp steps are not a problem.

I checked internet but could not find definitive answers.
