Where to buy 25kg bags of rice hulls
Where to buy 25kg bags of rice hulls
Does anyone know who sells 25kg bags of rice hulls in the UK? The likes of Charles Faram and Brewers Select don't seem to offer them and i don't want to pay top dollar to Malt Miller who charges a lot more for big bags than usual retailers.

I know the malt miller offers 2 different prices for speciality grains so don't just look at the price and for a kilo and times by 25. Same with most shops.
There's also Staffordshire brewing supplies too

I haven't seen rice hulls here, but I have seen and used oat husks, which should do exactly the same thing for you.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

Oat husks are £2.30 per kilo from the Malt Miller (he might do a discount for a sack though) or you could contact Neales: http://www.nealesbrewingsupplies.co.uk/ ... d_888.html
