I fermented on the cool side so went with 2 packets rehydrated. Best way to describe it is a very tasty lager. FV to glass in 4 weeks. It was a bit 'green' after 1 week in the keg but has conditioned lovely now. I intentionally turned this brew round fast and it worked very well. Top stuff.
