Re: YOUR MOST DELICIOUS TWO HOPS COMBO?
I have this strange urge to hop inappropriately..
Anyway, for me cascade and willamette (with some other clean bittering hop like magnum) have been a long term favourite - the cascade as a dry hop as well. Although I'm having a bit of a flirt with simcoe and amerillo (currently in conjunction with cascade but that exceeds the allowance ) - can't yet decide if they're just a flash-in-the-pan for being different or if they'll sustain the attraction.
Cheers
Kev

It definitely isn't. Since the whole racial slur thing, it's taken a step too far in my opinion. Words that can be broadcast on tv before the watershed are now being blocked. Also, discussions like this one have never been deleted in the past.Andy wrote:It's the same as it's ever been.
Discussions about the aromas of plants and botanical groups don't violate anything.Horden Hillbilly wrote:any other material that may violate any applicable laws.
Perhaps the idea of creating an infusion was on shaky ground, but the posts already included a legality disclaimer without being edited. To delete the whole discussion is just too much.

Anyway, to add my pointlessly removed opinion back to the thread:

Target for bittering with challenger in late. (Not strictly a two hop brew but I normally steep some goldings while cooling just to add a little something)
Cheers and gone,

I made an extract with Amarillo and centennial late in the boil, dry hopped with centennial and it was fantastic.
I was really impressed with centennial at the first time of using.

For British beers I don't think you can go wrong with Challenger and First Gold in lighter beers, and Bramling Cross and Goldings for Darker Beers.
New world hops I love Chinook and Amarillo
Mixing both sides of the atlantic together, Cascade and BX is phenomenal!

Re: YOUR MOST DELICIOUS TWO HOPS COMBO?
One of my best beers I have brewed was a double rye pa with ahtanum and citra combined for flavor and aroma. Used double the ahtanum to keep the citra from overpowering the ahtanum.
