Thanks for the suggestion. I did go along, and brew this Dark Island recipe today, never had one before so I trust your judgement. It's just a shame I never had the proper yeast. Never mind, I'm hoping I'll have a delicious brew in about 5 weeks. Once again, cheers guys :D

I had a pint of Dark Island on cask a month or two ago and it was nowhere near as good as it once was

The guy who originally brewed at that brewery moved on and now runs Highland (also on Orkney) and every beer they make is excellent
