Amarillo
Hi, I've made a version of seymourillo in the past, very nice. I've got about 30g of simcoe, and about 200g Amarillo , thinking of throwing most of them in at flame out and dry hop, any thoughts?
no palate, no patience.

Re: Amarillo
sounds good to me.
i personally do a full boil with magnum then a 5 minute flavour addition and dry hop.
With 200g of amarillo or simcoe, i dont think you will need a bittering addition.

Re: Amarillo
I've done several 100% Amarillo pales and usually they are 20g at 45 min then 30g at 10 min, 30g flame out, then 20g dry hopped.
It suits my taste but YMMV.
