What is your favourite American hop variety, and what is your favourite way to use it?

Discuss. Recipe details welcome.

Chinook for me. Fabulous for bittering and often overlooked and underused as a late hop.

Willamette for me. It's the go to hop for most of my ales that I brew. I tend to use it mid to late boil for its aroma. Bloody lovely
Cheers and gone,

Possibly Columbus. Very versatile, excellent for bittering and aroma, and cheap too!

Seconded. My bittering hop of choice. Absolutely fantastic for the price.

I really like amarillo but it's very popular now. Quite expensive too. Some good recommendations here. Will try them!

Definitely Amarillo and Cascade. I do like Magnum for bittering.
I buy from The Malt Miller
