Anybody used saphir hops? Got 100g dont know what style to do!

I haven't used them by themselves, but last year I brewed an amber ale using summit, simcoe, and saphir that turned out really good.
I'm just here for the beer.

Yesterday I tasted a delicious Oktoberfest with Saphir hops. This year's crop was only about 2% AA, though, so think of them as a noble aroma type. The Oktoberfest I mentioned used German Northern Brewer for bittering, and they paired beautifully.
