Now don't laugh seymour! Iv'e got some simcoe, I've used them several times before, never on their own, want to do a fruity pale ale for my mates birthday, what about a single hop simcoe PA ? :?:
no palate, no patience.

Very nice. I've done a Simcoe single hop to 60 ibu with about 30g for the boil, 60 for 5 minutes and 120g in the dry hop

Done loads of simcoe at 50 IBU
And lower at 31 ish
50 as high as I would go but hey experiment

5 min and zero seap is the key
And of coarse loads of dry hop :D

Fantastic hop IMO single hop simco is fantastic. Go for it :D
