was browsing the malt Miller and noticed they were selling aged hops

Lambic/gueuze brewers use aged hops for the preservative properties without adding bitterness. I noticed that my local household chemist/ironmonger has a small homebrew section and is also selling aged hops, unintentionally.

Edit: Followed the link after posting. So, yes, they do exactly what maltmiller are selling them for, sorry.
