Ok, I have about 30g of simcoe and chinook, also got some cascade, whats a great recipe using these 3? I love chinook in late! :)
no palate, no patience.

Cascade for bittering (assuming they're 9%+). Other 2 @ 5 minutes or less.

96-98% Pale malt
2-4% Cara
