Pellets making bubbles?

Don't normally use pellets but just dry hopped an IPA with 100g worth and after about 5 minutes it just randomly started bubbling like crazy?? Is this normal? They came straight out of the freezer

It's CO2 coming out of suspension, nothing to worry about.
