Young's hops

Following a kit mod recipe I found somewhere on JBK. My LHBS only had Young's leaf hops in stock. I've only once hopped before and that was using pellets.

I dry hopped once the SG had been stable for two days and was bang on where I expected it to stop. Taste tested after four days and I can't say there is anything there flavour wise. FV is at room temp so about 19-20 degrees. I want some hop flavour but I don't want to end up leaving it too long and getting a grassy taste. Has anyone used Young's leaf hops before? Any advice would be welcomed. Used 30g of EKG which was double the recipe.
