Right,

Thanks for all your replies! Sorry for the slight delay been letting posts come in to check we have enough to take flight!

The good news is, THIS IS ON :-D :D

Ive just called and placed the order! 5kgs of Cascade, Ahtanum, Summit, Magnum and Northern Brewer coming our way!!!!

If anyone cant full fill what they have put themselves down for please let me know ASAP! I dont have anymore Summit left, but I do have some Magnum and Northern Brewer left.

Hops should arrive monday I'm told. I will order some more vac bags, my hope would be I can vac pack these and get them dispatched around this time next week but as you can imagine 25kgs takes a while! I will start sending out PM's to people who have ordered with details of how to pay via paypal.

Hope that is all clear! Any questions please ping me.

I will post photos of the "merchandise" on monday when it arrives so that people can feel comfortable before they send funds. But obviously there are 12 pages of previous form to check up :-)

I just wish you could all enjoy the smell! Its amazing!

If anyone else wants in please get in touch as I may be able to sort.

Gutted just had a call to say they have not got any 2015 Northern Brewer. I turned down some 2013 stuff.....

Sorry those who have Norther Brewer would you be happy to sub for Magnum? Its another great bittering hop, I use it as the base in all my beers, save my best hops for 30mins onwards. Let me know.

Thanks
Ed

Magnum is a great bittering hop. I'm sure you know that, I'm just saying how much I like it.

I actually tried it for dry hopping recently. Did an equal amount of Magnum and Athunm in two buckets side by side with a golden ale. Kegged last night, obviously there was one winner, the ahtunm was lovely, but the magnum was ok. It had added a kind of lager/herbal/noble ness to it that would be appreciated if you were trting to do a "lager style" beer.

For me its the work horse that keeps all my other lovely hops fragant and doing their magic in bigger doses at the end of every boil! Plus always bittering with magnum means you get a consistent feel for IBU.

Everyone who has placed an order should have a PM with details to pay etc.

Sadly ptsupermix has disappeared off the site!

So I still have some hops and some Summit. First come first served.

Thanks
Ed

Happy to swap Magnum for Northern Brewer - I've just sent the payment via paypal.

Thanks for all your efforts on this - it can't be easy vacuum packing all these hops!
