My visiting beer critic i.e. brother in law, thought it was the best beer I had done, described it as tasting like fruits of the forest. I know that sounds weird but it's well worth giving this hop a go.

Got a rough recipe ?

20g bram. x @ 20 mins
10g bram. x @ 10 mins
1/2 protofloc las 15.

mashed @ 66 for 60 mins in 13 ltr water. sparged will 22 ltr. @ 80 degrees.
60 min boil.
1 packed of notty/gervin

turned out nice and refreshing but perhaps could of had a little more bittering.

I recently did a user up brew featuring lots of Bramling x and Styrian Goldings in as late additions. To my palate the pairing went really rather well and i'll definitely be pairing them together again in the future.

I tend to use them late or for dry hopping. A good earthy, spicy British hop.
