Ooops bought some more hops....
A nice little selection that just arrived in the post, not used Mosaic or Motueka before so looking forward to those 2. Have heard people recommending a citra mosaic combo on here, any other ideas? Used galaxy in my first ever AG so tempted to do a rerun to see how a years worth of experience will improve the brew (hopefully at least a little!)

A man can never have to many hops. Are they leaf or pellet? Used up the last of my galaxy at the weekend and can't see anyone selling leaf galaxy.

All leaf apart from the Galaxy, I also couldn't find any leaf of that variety. Agree about the hops although its getting close to me needing another fridge/freezer to keep them in!

The Mosaic and Citra (35g of each) hop tea I added to a beer kit on the weekend smelt lovely! I could smell them for hours later

The goldings and sterlings in my backyard are coming up like gang busters. After harvesting I'll probably figure out how many other hops I'll need for the next year and make an order.
I'm just here for the beer.

Im a bit more of buy hops now plan brews later kind of guy, this is why I have so many in the freezer! Think growing some hops might be a project for next year
