There are but if it's for your own home grown hops it's not really worth the expense. Assuming it's a known variety that is.

I have goldings and sterlings growing in my backyard and usually use them at the end of the boil for flavor/aroma where alpha acid % doesn't make that big a difference.
When I do use them to bitter I base my calculations on the middle of the range of commercially grown goldings and sterlings and don't worry about it.
I'm just here for the beer.
