I live in Spain where the craft beer scene is relatively new. I've just found a beer in a shop that boasts seven (count 'em) types of hops. I can't quite understand why they'd bother, but they are apparently in there.
I haven't tried it yet (still at work) but it got me thinking: what seven hops could they possibly be?
If I had to put seven hops into one beer, I haven't the first idea which seven I'd choose!
There you go. Did I mention it had seven hops? It's called Gastro: Cerveza Artesana de Autor, by the way.
1 beer, 7 hops?

Could be hopped with Falconers flight, a pelletised blend of 7 hops

Several years ago I had a strong wheat beer at a fest that was fairly well hopped with F F. It was pretty good.gregles wrote:Could be hopped with Falconers flight, a pelletised blend of 7 hops

I stand corrected. Thanks, chaps. I've heard good things about Falconer's Flight so I'm expected a good beer now.
I'll try it this weekend and let you know what it's like.
