But when bottling from polypin it kind of functions as a secondary? Just thinking if racking the beer would cause the yeast to finish its job.
As I said I bottle very little and most of those are just a few bottles from a polypin occasionally and find no great difference between the polypin and bottles. Can't remember the last time I bottled a whole batch.
