Orjy yeast
Greetings all, i purchased a bottle of Orjy in France a few months back and kept it as there is a nice layer of yeast. I've now got it fermenting on the stirer plate but i am unsure what the yeast is. i think it's an ale yeast but not sure, does anyone have any knowledge of this yeast? I think it will make a decent winter ale as the beer in the bottle was 8% so i presume it will be strong enough. Thoughts or info much appreciated.
