Hi, just brewed a wheat beer using Imperial yeast Stefan. I calculated the viability using Brewers Friend yeast calculator and it was slightly too much yeast for the batch and gravity. As expected it started very quickly, reached high krausen after 24 hrs and nearly came out the fermenter.
A really positive experience - no fiddling about with starters because the yeast pack is too old.
