Bought a six pack last nigh (2 each brown, cream, blue labels) - first time in a long time.

Lot of yeast at the bottom - is this drinking yeast or leave in the bottom of the bottle yeast?

That's about 60% of my gut reaction too. Just resent the loss of that much from a 330ml bottle.

Still, better that than the Khyber-Quick-Step.

Especially when you can buy WLP500/ wyeast 1214 Belgian Ale Yeast from hop and grape

I usually leave it in the bottle, drink the bulk of it, then pour the yeast in the glass and drink that seperately :? I may be on my own here.

I've seen some of the locals in Belgium do that

drinking: ~ | conditioning: ~ | primary: ~ | Looks like I need to get brewing then...

I usually add the sediment towards the very end so you end up with 75% clear 25% yeasty :D

Welcome aboard!

With anything over about 7% I only have a pint (unless it's been a bad day) and I believe I can taste the colours apart (although I cannot believe I'd get the Coke vs Pepsi challenge right)
