Due to moving house and job a couple of times in the past year, I have not been able to get any brewing started.
So I am just about to ramp up production.
I am going to do TC again, with a few questions:
1. Is it worth adding rasins to the TC to add body etc similar to wine/mead
2. How do you use the yeast again?
3. Does bread yeast affect the taste?
