How much yeast for Turbo Cider

Just about to start my first 5 litres of turbo cider..

And i have packets of cider yeast 5 grms

do you add all of this or half or what

1 5gm sachet should be fine.

Yeah thats what i've put in and some of the water in the airlock has been displaced how long till it really starts to fizz?

6-8 hours if it's all healthy.
Sometimes it doesn't go really ballistic.

I am getting a bubble every 25 seconds or so at the moment...
