As any one made a wine with fruit juice concentrate and desicated coconut?
Have just used half lb coconut, 1ltr pineapple juice and ltr apple juice, quater lb sultnas, yeast, nutrient, tannin, citric acid, 2lb sugar and topped up to 1 gallon with water.
I have noticed now that the coconut is very light and sitting well on top of the must, will this cause me a problem?

well its cleared very well, tastes realy nice, had a glass a few days ago, it now maturing in bottles, i cant smell or taste the cocnut realy but it has a pleasant taste of somthin that i cant quite put my finger on, overall very good, cant wait to taste again in a few months, i will make it again.BlackBag wrote:Update needed.
