Copella Apple and Elderflower juice

Started brewing TC to fill the gaps cheaply whilst the FV was full with fermenting ale.

£9 of this juice later means this TC will be over £1 a pint - about 5 times what it'd usually cost me but I just had to make at least one expensive batch.

Started off in the 1.055 region, finished sometime before last night at 1.000 (approx 6.5-7.0%) so will be bottling tonight. Fermented out (on Youngs Cider Yeast) in 5 days whereas my usual own-brand TC takes 10-14 days!

Bottled now, tastes cracking.

Have pitched 1ltr of pineapple and 3.5ltrs of AJ on the sludge now too
