Out Of Date Stuff

Hallow Chaps
Been reet tied up with one thing and another the last 2 weeks but today I'm back on track. Here's my question.
I've found an old box of Ritchies Hedgerow Wine Kit, just a glorified box of small sachets of stuff used in winemaking. The BBE is Aug 04. Obviously the yeast is no good now but I'm curious about the other stuff. There's;
Wine Mature-37g, sufficient for 1 gallon (grape concentrate stuff)
Finings x3 (1 is modified chitin, the other 2 are modified silica sol)
Citric Acid-10g
Stabiliser-Preservative-2g, sufficient for 1 gallon (Sodium Metabisulphite E223, Potassium Sorbate E202)
Enzyme-1g sufficient for 1 gallon (pectinase)
Now I know most of this stuff can probably be bought for tuppence hapenny, but if it's not knackered I may as well keep it. All helps to build up a little rainy day box. So, bin or box?
