Whipped up another two gallons of mead tonight. I love how easy it is to make, probably takes me about the same time to make as a yeast starter.
Todays mead was another Orange Blossom, and a Canadian Clover honey. Again with nutrient additions staggered throughout the ferment.
It's been about two months since my first batch and it tastes delicious already
