Brown sugar in TC!

Just tried some of my TC which I made up with 250gms of Muscavado and two cinammon sticks. Mmm, very nice, I would suggest that anyone who likes Xmas cake gives this a go. Leaves a warm fuzzy feeling inside after a pint aswell!

Anyone tried it with different types of brown sugar?

I'm about to make my second batch of TC using spices, I'll try your recipe , sounds nice.
