I have just bottled my TC, its been on the go since 17sept, but due to it not being ready in time for my holiday I have had to leave it until my return.
Can I reuse the old yeast left in the bottom of the demi or should I buy fresh to start another batch ?
It still read at 1.000 can anyone tell me the % please.

Re re-using old yeast, yes you can but given it's been in the FV (demi) for around a month now it's probably past it's best so a fresh pack will save you any problems.
Re the % ABV, what was your starting gravity? Without knowing this you won't be able to find out what it's fermented and so give you the final ABV.
