wots the difference between turbo juices and wine?
say i added wine yeast to my apple juice would it then be wine?
or does wine need extra things added.

If you want to make wine, add a teaspoon or two of citric acid and sugar to grape juice (I usually add 250-300gms per 4.5lts, boiled up with a quantity of the juice) and add a good wine yeast. The fermentation will take longer than cider and I transfer it at least three times to get most of the yeast out before bottling. The maturation period is also longer, I would give TC a month, with wine it's best to leave it at least a couple of months in bottle.
Fermenting -!
Maturing - Lenin's Revenge RIS
