Hi Betty, I noticed no one has replied to your plea so thought I might make a suggestion. This forum does have a few wine and other types of drink other than beer questions but to be honest you are more likely to get replies on the other forum. Go here and ask the same question and I suspect you will get what you want. http://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/
I am "The Little Red Brooster"

I have used this recipe several times with no problems. I also doubled the ingredients and made it in my fermenting bin.

Well happy brewers ;;;i have solved the problem of why my first lot of elderflower champers went mouldy ;;;i used CIDER VINEGAR instead of WHITE WINE VINEGAR ;;;;how daft is that ??anyway life is to short to stuff a mushroom so i have passed it all over to my grand daughter to make for me ;;i am a coward ;;;let you know how it turns out ;;
