Honey Botchard -priming

Post by Thunersee » Mon Sep 30, 2013 8:23 am

I have brewed a honey botchard that has been in the fermenter for two weeks, the airlock is still popping very occasionally so I think it is time to bottle. My novice question is whether to prime or not. Since it is essentially a mock-beer my gust feeling is yes I should, butjust want to ckeck in with the pros :D

Might be able to suggest something, as I make mainly meads, but WTF is a botchard ?

Braggot yes, bochet yes, but Botchard ? No idea.

Post a recipe. Maybe someone else might know of this.....
