White Grape and Peach TC.
Bottled this today, 1 week late!
5Lts White Grape and Peach Juice from Aldi / Lidl
15Lts Tesco Basic Apple Juice
500Gr Med Spraymalt
3 mugs Tea 4 bags each
3tsp Yeast and 3tsp Nutrient
SG 1052
FG 1000
ABV approx 7.1%
Batch Prime 140.2Gr sugar.
Tasting Bloody Lovely Mun!
This should have been posted in the `Cider` section because I used Spraymalt and thus it is a Graff! Who Cares?

What do you class as standard TC?
I can`t taste any grape but the Peach is there. I`m going to leave this for a few more weeks now because it is too drinkable!
It is still a new brew yet, so it should get better!
Still Bloody Lovely Mun!

Just aj, sugar to around 6.5% oh and a few tea bags, between 3 and 6 per 20 liters I'd say.

If you read through all the thread `Cheap and Tasty Raspberryade`, you will see loads of flavours to use to get you off your `standard TC`.
Polish Raspberry Syrup is still my favourite out of all the TCs I`ve done.

ive done a few of them , i find it goes too dry with the polish syrup, and the first one was very strong as i added sugar as normal and didn't include the sugar in the 3 bottles of syrup.

Re: White Grape and Peach TC.
As I try not to drink any beer early in the week, I thought I'd try a bottle of WalesAles Grape & Peach TC that he kindly sent me, so I wasn't technically breaking my rules
I'm not a big fan of TC'S, mainly because any that I have tried to brew have been crap and really dry, but this one was totally different.
I served it chilled from the fridge and it opened with a nice hiss. Carbonation was moderate and it maintained a nice small head. Aroma wise, it smelt like a white sparkling wine, and the first taste was again like a sparklng white wine.
The great thing for me with this brew was the refreshing dry finish that didn't make my face pukka up, instead it just encouraged me to take another mouthful and before I knew it, it was all gone.
Another quality brew from Mr Wales
Cheers

At this alcohol level this is almost a sparkling wine.
If this was done half and half with the juice, and take to about 8-9% it really would be like a light sparkling wine
