Graf or graff: which is it?

I'm pretty sure it isn't

Bulk aging: Soodo: Grocery store grape juice wine experiment.
Drinking: Mostly Canadian whisky until I start brewing again.

Don't give Walesales any ideas. Pretty soon he'll be making bat beer. Maybe for next Halloween. That'll make a change from all the pumpkin beers, at least.

From my feeble memory, I believe that in the book it was spelt Graf 8-[ Are you brewing one?
