Tea Bags - Tannins?

Hi,


I am planning to make a modification of the Raspberryade on the marathon thread further down. I have started a new topic as it relates to a specific question around the use of a strong tea mixture when using Apple juice. I plan to use 4 bottles of the Polish syrup and then around 10 cartons of Blueberry Juice, this also has a small percentage of apple juice, I would then add water to take it to the 20L and adjust with sugar accordingly if required. Should I worry about adding the tea mixture or just leave it?

Also, I know its to taste but how much Sweetener is recommended? I will be fermenting with Lalvin EC-1118 yeast as this can ferment low so will do ok in the ambient temp as I have an AG in the oncical in the brew fridge just now.
