Now my strawberry one is frothing up I've decided I want a cheery one so I'm going to do 18 litres apple juice 5 litres cherry juice from tesco and a mug of tea. Hopefully it will turn out nice :D

More tea... Get at least a bag every two litres in there. Very hard to overdo the tea. You are doing it for the tannin thatbis missing from shop bought juice. Add citric acid or lemon juice and year nutrient too.

:) yes wine tannin is more a known quantity. Needs planning to have one in... If you.must make cider NOW then tea has to do.... :)

Ok I probably underdone the tea on the strawberry but better than nothing. The cherry jukce has citric acid in it already?
