Ha! tickle, I thought it wouldn`t be long before you venture into a TC!
Youngs Super Yeast compound and Youngs Nutrient.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Super-wine-yea ... t+compound
I should have batch primed with 140gr sugar (not 64gr). I must have thought I was doing a Beer.
No temp control. Just wrap the FV in a big Duvet and leave it alone in the front room for 2 weeks. Then after bottling, 2 weeks warm and 2 weeks cold.
You might have to heat up some Apple Juice to get your piching temp of 22deg.
Another good one is Raspberry and Cranberry.

Re: Yet Another Best Ever........
tickle,
The Rasp & Cran is Awesome. Had a bottle for a `Taster` last night. It is BLM!
9Lts Rasp & Cran juice, 11Lts Apple Juice, brew method as in first post.
Don`t bother with an airlock, just open the lid of FV a tiny bit and cover with the Duvet. If the FV is on a Laminate floor, put a folded
towel or blanket under it for insulation.

Get well soon!
The Asda Rasp and Cran was 4.1% and is BLM.
The Polish Supermarket Blueberry is BLM after 2 weeks in the bottle.
3 bottles Polish Blueberry syrup, 4Lts Tesco Blueberry Juice, 15 Lts Tesco Apple Juice.
ABV 7.6%
Polish Rasp and Cran.
2 bottles Polish Cranberry, 1 bottle Polish Raspberry, 4Lts Tesco Rasp and Cran, 14Lts Tesco AJ.
ABV 6.8%
One week in the bottle and is already BLM!
Both TC`s are super clear, smell great, taste great and are very strong which creeps up on you after a 12Hr shift!
