Ok, I was just thinking beers sg @1000 would be the same as cider.

I did make some cider once, with too much black dabenet, boy-that-was-dry !!!!!'

Ha! tickle, I thought it wouldn`t be long before you venture into a TC! :D :D
Youngs Super Yeast compound and Youngs Nutrient.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Super-wine-yea ... t+compound
I should have batch primed with 140gr sugar (not 64gr). I must have thought I was doing a Beer.
No temp control. Just wrap the FV in a big Duvet and leave it alone in the front room for 2 weeks. Then after bottling, 2 weeks warm and 2 weeks cold.
You might have to heat up some Apple Juice to get your piching temp of 22deg.
Another good one is Raspberry and Cranberry.

tickle,
The Rasp & Cran is Awesome. Had a bottle for a `Taster` last night. It is BLM! :D
9Lts Rasp & Cran juice, 11Lts Apple Juice, brew method as in first post.
Don`t bother with an airlock, just open the lid of FV a tiny bit and cover with the Duvet. If the FV is on a Laminate floor, put a folded
towel or blanket under it for insulation.

tickle,
Get well soon! :D

The Asda Rasp and Cran was 4.1% and is BLM.

The Polish Supermarket Blueberry is BLM after 2 weeks in the bottle.
3 bottles Polish Blueberry syrup, 4Lts Tesco Blueberry Juice, 15 Lts Tesco Apple Juice.
ABV 7.6%

Polish Rasp and Cran.
2 bottles Polish Cranberry, 1 bottle Polish Raspberry, 4Lts Tesco Rasp and Cran, 14Lts Tesco AJ.
ABV 6.8%
One week in the bottle and is already BLM! :D
Both TC`s are super clear, smell great, taste great and are very strong which creeps up on you after a 12Hr shift! #-o

Donald,
Try this Beauty.......! :D

Sat 3/6/17
Cran and Rasp and Ginger TC to 20Lts.
2 Bottles Polish Raspberry Juice (tescos or Polish Supermarket)
8Lts Cran and Rasp Juice
12Lts Tesco Basic Apple Juice
3 mugs tea, 4 bags each
2 heaped tsp Ginger
3tsp Yeast and 3tsp Nutrient
SG 1042 @ 22deg 1042
17/6/17 Batch Prime 150gr Sugar
ABV 5.7% approx
You might need to heat a couple of Lts of AJ to get to 22deg. No heater, just cover FV with a duvet and leave it in the Front Room.

Just had a `Taster`, BLM! :D 90% clear already, nice and fizzy. Still fizzing 30 mins later.

Go on, You know you want to! :D
