ist update for months n months..
Fermnting: not a lot..
Conditioning: nowt
Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store
Coming Soon Lots planned for the near future nowt for the immediate :(

It says it is sugar free, so probably not.

You can make wine from Birch sap directly from the tree, although I have never done it.
Fermenting: Nowt
Conditioning: Black Cross Stout
Drinking: GW London Porter, 'Use it Up' Bitter

I have tapped Norway Maple trees in the past and used their sap as the water for two brews. The extra effort wasn't really worth it in my opinion. The taste is very very mild and once hops are in the mix the maple is not discernible.
