Ken Shales author of 2 of the earliest home brew books lived fairly close to where I grew up, I`ve spoke to a few people that knew him and they tell me he used to love a bottle of his Double Daphne, his stock beer, most mornings for breakfast. Unfortunately he died fairly young.
