What do people think of adding a section to this forum to deal with cooking food to accopany brews or that uses a brew as one of the ingredients?

I've been teaching myself to cook Tapas over the last year and have been getting some very good results! What is more they go down very micely with a nice brew during the summer. :D

i usually make it when we are having Sausages and Mash (mustard in the mash, of course !)

I usually make onion gravy with bangers and mash- Fry onions until they start to colour, more if its to your taste then add a cup (what would that be, 150ml-200ml, roughly?) of your favourite beverage. then carry on making gravy as you would normally. i personally like using Deuchars, but anything will do.

magic- beer, sausages and potatoes all on one plate. can it get any better?
